It is submitted that the petitioner was granted work order by respondent No.3 for construction of environmental park and the cost of construction was Rs.19.70 lakh. The petitioner has performed his part and completed the work within the stipulated period. The bills have been submitted for payment to respondent No.3, but the same is kept pending without consideration since long. The petitioner has approached and made representation on a number of occasions, but all of them are unanswered. Hence, it is prayed that appropriate direction be issued.

The State counsel representing respondents No.1 and 2 submits that the case may be disposed off with direction.

After considering on the submissions, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider on the representations and also on the bills submitted by the petitioner regarding the construction work he has completed on the basis of the work order and take decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days. With these observations, the petition is disposed off.
