1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application was rejected by this Court on 30/07/2019 in MCRC No. 4095/2019 considering prima facie case against him.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file subsequent bail application after examination of the prosecutrix.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
