The limited grievance which is sought for in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 3 to 5 for concluding the recruitment process for the post of Anganwadi

-2Worker which the respondents have initiated vide advertisement dated 12.07.2018 and 27.07.2018 particularly in respect of the post of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Assistant for the Anganwadi Centre- Kotmi Sonar, Block: Akaltara, District:Janjgir Champa. 2.

Considering the nature of dispute raised in the present Writ Petition, no fruitful purpose would be served rather ends of justice would meet, if the Writ Petition is disposed off directing the Respondents No. 3 to 5 to ensure that the recruitment process initiated by the respondents is taken to its original conclusion, at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands allowed and disposed off.
