Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that her representation pending before the authorities concerned so far as the continuance of the suspension order for a considerable period of time be decided at the earliest.

This limited prayer is not opposed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner, particularly taking note of the judgment of Supreme Court in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India & Anr. 2015 (7) SCC 291. While deciding the same, respondent No. 3 shall also consider whether there is any necessity in continuance of the suspension of the petitioner till the conclusion of the criminal case in which the petitioner is said to have been involved.
