Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this second bail application with liberty to approach the Court concerned after surrendering himself. 2.

If the applicant surrenders before the Court concerned and files an application for grant of regular bail, then the appropriate Court will decide the applicant's application within three days from the date of filing of the application on its own merit in accordance with law. 3.
