1. The grievance of the petitioners is to the extent that the petitioners though appeared for the post of driver as they are working there for last 12 years and despite the selection being made for 17 posts, which were applied, the petitioners were not given the appointment and 13 persons were given appointment and the petitioners' name appeared in the waiting list. It is stated that the petitioners therefore has made a representation Annexure P-5 which may be directed to decide.
2. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioners' name appeared in the waiting list of the select list for the post of driver. Without going into the merits of this case since the representation of the petitioners is already pending, the petitioners are given liberty to make a fresh representation within a period of 15 days to the respondents No.2 & 3
who in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed off. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Ashok
