Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 25.07.2017 passed in Writ Petition (227) No. 499 of 2017 directed the trial Court to consider and decide the trial of the suit expeditiously and copy of the same was produced before the trial Court on 26.08.2017 but still there is no substantial progress in the trial of the suit for last one year and, therefore, the second writ petition has been filed for early disposal of the trial. 2.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably till 31st October, 2018 by conducting day to day trial of the suit in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. 5.
