At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with by the respondent authority in its true spirit by issuing order that the petitioner would be entitled to get pension and process for pension has already been initiated. 2.

It is also the stand of learned counsel for the respondent by referring to the affidavit filed in this petition.

In view of the satisfaction having been recorded by the petitioner, no further proceedings are required to be drawn. 4.
