In compliance with the order dated 25.3.2019, the Applicant has been produced in custody before this Court today. 2.

The revision has been preferred against the order dated 28.6.2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kondagaon in Criminal Appeal No.16 of 2015, whereby the Learned Additional Sessions Judge has dismissed the appeal and affirmed the order dated 25.8.2015 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narayanpur in Criminal Case No.45 of 2013 convicting and sentencing the Applicant as under:

Conviction Sentence Under Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code Rigorous Imprisonment for 1 year and fine of Rs.1,000/- Under Sections 3/181 and 146/196 of the Motor Vehicles act Fine of Rs.500/- - 500/- 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has already suffered the sentence imposed upon him by

the Court below. He further submits that he does not want to press the revision on merits and wants to withdraw it. 4.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State/Respondent does not oppose the submissions made on behalf of the Applicant. 5.

In view of the foregoing, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the Applicant has already completed the sentence imposed upon him, he be released from the custody and set at liberty forthwith.
