The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.245/2016 registered in Police Station Guduyari, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 294, 327, 324, 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
As per the prosecution case, on 21/08/2016 on a dispute arose between the complainant Himanshu Kesharwani and applicant and other co-accused, the applicant and other co-accused assaulted the victim and one of the co-accused assaulted by way of a blade. Thereby multiple injuries were caused.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire allegations have been attributed to Navin Sinha, no recovery has been made from the applicant, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the statement of the victim. As appears prima facie main allegation of using blade is attributed to Navin Sinha. Taking into fact
charge sheet has been filed, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
