Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant writ petition with the liberty to make a mention before the appropriate Court wherein the earlier writ petition in respect of same cause of action bearing WPC227 No. 342 of 2019 is pending. It goes without any saying that right to move suitable application shall always be with the petitioner if so advised.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn the aforesaid liberty.
