1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 04.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 5811 of 2018.

2. The direction in the said writ petition was to the Respondent No. 4 and 5 to consider and take an appropriate decision on the representation given by the petitioner/applicant, so far her reporting for joining after a considerable period of absence is concerned. The two respondents in the present contempt petition have entered their appearance and filed reply, along with the reply they have produced a document dated 04.11.2019 passed by the Janpad Panchayat, Chief Executive Officer-

-2Bilha, District:Bilaspur, whereby they have permitted the petitioner/applicant to give joining in the Office of the Block Education Officer, Bilha. The respondents have also annexed a document, whereby the petitioner has given her joining on 13.11.2019.

3. At this juncture, the counsel for the applicant submits that though she has been permitted to join and the petitioner/applicant also having joined her duties but till date, she has not been paid her salary for the subsequent period.

4. The counsel for the respondents undertake this aspect to duly verify and submit that appropriate steps would be taken for release of salary to the petitioner/applicant from the date she has given her joining.

5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the present contempt petition stands disposed off and the respondents stand discharged of the contempt proceedings. It is accepted that the respondents will take appropriate steps at the earliest, ensuring release of salary to the petitioner/applicant from the date she has presumed her duties. In case, if the petitioner/applicant is still has any further grievance left, it will be open to her to approach the respondents by way of filing a fresh proceeding altogether.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
