1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 27.03.2019 passed in WPS No. 7815 of 2018.

-22. The present Contempt Petition has been filed against the two officers of the Municipal Corporation. On notice, the respondents have entered their appearance and have filed a document showing that the representation of the petitioners/applicants have already been considered and the Mayor-in-Council has also recommended for regularising the services of the petitioners/applicants and thereafter the recommendation has been sent to the State Government to the Department of Urban Administration, Raipur for appropriate sanction and approval.

3. Taking into consideration, the contents of the reply annexed along with the reply, this Court is convinced of the fact that the respondents have acted upon the direction given by this Court and have considered the case of the petitioners/applicants; so far as the powers that were vested upon the two officers.

4. Given the said facts, the part that was to be complied-with by the contemnors has been duly complied-with by them. In view of the same, nothing further remains for proceeding in the present Contempt Petition, so far as the respondents are concerned, therefore, the same stands disposed-off.
