G.A. for the State/Respondent. The instant revision, Criminal Revision No. 1060 of 2018 was filed by Accused Bachcha Lal on 24.09.2018. Earlier to filing of the instant criminal revision, Criminal Revision No. 1038 of 2018 was filed by same Accused Bachcha Lal on 10.09.2018. Both the criminal revisions arise out of a common judgment dated 23.07.2018 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Surajpur, District Surajpur in Criminal Appeal No. 15 of 2018. In the instant revision, i.e., Criminal Revision No. 1060 of 2018, Accused/Applicant has been represented by Ms. Meera Jaiswal, Counsel, who has been appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee to argue this case, but in Criminal Revision No. 1038 of 2018, the accused/Applicant has been represented by Ms. Soniya Kuldeep, Counsel engaged by the Accused/Applicant himself.

Since there is duplicacy in challenging the aforesaid judgment dated 23.07.2018, the latter one, i.e., the instant revision, being Criminal Revision No. 1060 of 2018 filed on 24.09.2018 is dismissed. Sd/- (Arvind Singh Chandel) Judge Prakash
