1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.4 for issuing appropriate instructions ensuring the joining of the petitioner pursuant to the order of transfer dated 22.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Primary School Thuthi, Block Jaijaipur, District Janjgir-Champa to Government Primary School Bandhwapara, District Bilaspur.

2. Given the nature of dispute, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent No.4 to ensure that the order of transfer passed by the State Government dated 22.08.2019 so far as the petitioner is concerned is complied with at the earliest by giving proper joining to the petitioner at the transferred place. Let this exercise be done within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No.4, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
