Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the revision was filed, however, due to default pointed out, some correction was made, therefore, the petition is listed. After argument, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to file appropriate revision petition before the appropriate Court. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order after retaining the photocopy of the same.
