1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Jashpur to Bastar.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that he is District President of the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Caste, Tribe Officer/Employees Union (Annexure P-5). Second ground of challenge is that petitioner is aged more than 55 years of age and as per the scheduled area policy of the State Government a person who is more than 55 years of age should not be sent to a scheduled area, whereas in the instant case petitioner is being sent from one scheduled area to another core scheduled area.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and respondent shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
