1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 08/08/2019 sent by the First Civil Judge Class I/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Surajpur for extension of time for final disposal of Civil Case No. 89/20196, CIS No. 796/2019.

2. This Court vide order dated 25/04/2019 had granted a time of three months to learned lower Court to dispose of the Civil Case No. 89/20196, CIS No. 796/2019, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 45 days is granted to the trial Court to dispose of the said claim case by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
