1. The instant is an office reference for correction of order dated 29.07.2019 passed by this Court in CRA No.1264/2016 (Veer Bahadur Singh vs. State of Chhattisgarh).

2. Due to a typographical error, order for dismissal of the appeal with liberty to file a fresh after one year has been typed in place of dismissal of the interim application moved for suspension of sentence.

3. On due consideration, the error is corrected. Paras 2 & 3 of the order dated 29.07.2019 passed in CRA No.1264/2016 be read as, " 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Appellant

submits that he wants to withdraw I.A. No.01/2019, an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the Appellant with liberty to file afresh after one year.

3. The prayer is allowed. Accordingly, I.A. No.01/2019 is dismissed with the liberty sought for".
