1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Janpad Panchayat Bhatapara, District Baloda Bazar to Janpad Panchayat Nawagarh, District Bemetara.

2. The challenge is on the ground that the petitioner's wife is having some severe spinal problem and she is not advised of traveling by road and is undergoing treatment at Shri Narayana Hospital, Raipur and where she has to frequently visit as part of her treatment.

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall decide the

same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
