The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 10.08.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.2791 of 2013. The modification sought is in the operative part in as much as in paragraph 17, instead of term Inspector as referred to in the last sentence, it should be read as Sub Inspector as the petitioner had applied for the post of Sub Inspector. Not opposed.

Accordingly, the order dated 10/08/2018 passed in WPS No. 2791/2013 stands modified to the extent that instead of Inspector in the last sentence of paragraph 17, it shall by read as Sub Inspector. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed. Let a copy of the order passed in this MCC be made part of the original writ petition. Registry is directed to take necessary steps.
