The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.106/2020 registered in Police Station Kansabel, District Jashpur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 120-B of the I.P.C. and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file afresh after examination of material witnesses.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
