1. The contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 11.03.2019 passed in WPS 1681 /2019.

2. Counsel for the respondent has now come with a stand that the pending representation of the petitioner has since been decided and the authorities have found that the petitioner is not entitled for the benefit of Kramonnati.

3. Given the said statement by the counsel for the respondent, which is not disputed by the Counsel for the petitioner, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. Now, whether the order is appropriate, legal and justified is a fact which can only be tested under writ jurisdiction of this Court.
