1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the Annexure P-1 dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Vanmandal Dantewada to Vanmandal Khairagarh.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner was recently posted at the said place vide order dated 26.12.2017 and in less than 1 1⁄2 years period the petitioner has again been transferred.

-23. Considering the fact that petitioner is posted at the scheduled area and requesting for permission of the respondents to permit him to stay at the same place for at least some more time. Considering the fact that he has been posted at the said place about 1 years back, 1⁄2 let petitioner make a representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days and on receipt of representation, the respondents shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
