1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019 whereby the Respondent No.5 has been transferred from Kartala Parishetra, Forest Division Korba to Parishetra Sahayak, Rampur, Forest Division Korba.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the respondent No.5 is being sent at the place where the charge is presently holding by the petitioner and that there is no specific order showing the place of posting of the petitioner in the impugned order and thus, the petitioner inspite of being posted substantively in the said Forest Division, Korba will have to hand over the charge to the respondent No.5 without there being any specific posting of the petitioner.

-23. Perusal of record would show that the petitioner vide order dated 02.08.2018 have been substantively posted at Forest Division, Korba from Raigarh. The petitioner has joined at Korba Forest Division and now vide order dated 23.08.2019 the respondent No.5 was given posting at the place where the petitioner is presently working.

Given the facts that the petitioner still is substantively posted under Forest Division, Korba, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if a direction is given to the respondents No.2&3 to ensure that the petitioner is suitably accommodated at the Forest Division where substantively he is posted keeping in view the order dated 23.08.2019 whereby the respondent No.5 is being sent at the place where the petitioner is working.
