1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to decide his claim for dependent employment.

2. According to the petitioner the father of the petitioner died in harness on 16.07.2013. Though, the petitioner has moved repeated application in respect of his claim but till date the claim has not been finalized.

Given the said facts, let respondent No. 2 to 4 process the claim of the petitioner so far as dependent employment is concerned and decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Authorities concerned are directed to ensure that case of the petitioner is considered in accordance with the scheme for dependent employment applicable in the establishment.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
