1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.159/2021 registered in Police Station Khamardhi, Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323 and 506 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file afresh after examination of the prosecutrix.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
