Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 28.09.2018 The limited prayer which the petitioner makes is that subsequent to the rejection of his claim on 06.09.2012, the petitioner had moved an application for reconsideration of his claim for compassionate appointment which is under consideration before the authority concerned as is reflected from the correspondence Annexure P-3 dated 10.03.2015. 2.

Given the fact, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the respondents are directed to take a decision on the said application moved

by the petitioner at the earliest.
