The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 06.07.2019, whereby the services of the petitioner has been terminated on the post of Block Coordinator, Block: Jaijaipur. 2.

A perusal of the record would show that, the petitioner does not seem to have approached any higher authorities in the department by preferring any appeal /representation but straightway filed present Writ Petition.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner first prefer an appeal /representation to the Respondents No. 2 and 3, subject to the petitioner making representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of Certified Copy of this Order. 4.

It is expected that, the Respondents No. 2 and 3 shall take appropriate decision on the appeal /representation, ignoring the aspect of limitation, if any and decide the representation on merits, considering the guidelines which have been framed by the State Government in respect of service conditions of Block Coordinator, so also Mitaan working under the department.

It is expected that the Respondent No. 2 and 3 shall decide the appeal /representation within an outer limit of 3 months from the date of receipt of appeal/representation of the petitioner. 6.
