Mr. Anil Gulati, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this second bail application. He submits that applicant was arrested in connection with crime No.44 of 2020 on 05.06.2020 and till date, only two witnesses out of 18 witnesses, have been examined. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial. 2.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant and detention period of applicant since 05.06.2020, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
