Shri Kesharwani, counsel for the Respondent has submitted the order sheet dated 20.02.2019 of the concerned trial Court by way of covering memo, which reveals the fact that during the pendency of this petition, the original petition which was initiated by the Respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been dismissed for non-prosecution and submitted further that this petition has become infructuous in the light of order dated 20.02.2019.
