It is submitted that the petitioner is a contractor. The respondents authorities allotted construction work to the petitioner for construction of warehouse in various places. After receiving the work order, the petitioner has taken up the construction work and completed it in the year 2012. The Bills submitted for payment of work done by the petitioner, which are remaining unpaid. The petitioner then has filed a

representation, before the respondent No.1 praying to clear the bills submitted by him on 22.09.2021, which has not been considered and decided so far. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with limited prayer that the respondents authorities be directed to consider on the representation at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be considered at the earliest, therefore, the petition be disposed off.

After considering on the submissions. The petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner and take decision on the same at the earliest within a period of 60 days.

The other prayer made in this petition, the same are disposed off at present, however, the petitioner shall have liberty to approach this Court again if he is not satisfied with the decision taken by the respondents authorities.
