The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.158/2016 registered in Police Station Dabhra, District-Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 466, 467, 120B, 511, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused were having share in the property situated at village Kharra and on 4/05/2016 they tried to sell the land by affixing fake photographs of the co-sharer. Subsequently, when the sale deed was presented and the

identification was called for then it revealed that the applicants along with co-accused tried to sell out the land by false personification of others.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants were only stranger to the entire transaction. He submits that similarly placed co-accused Dhaneshwar Sahu has been enlarged on bail by this court vide M.Cr.C. No.5662/2016 on 21/09/2016, therefore the applicants may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel do not dispute the fact that similarly placed co-accused Dhaneshwar Sahu has been enlarged on bail by this court vide M.Cr.C. No.5662/2016 on 21/09/2016. 5.

Taking into facts and circumstances of the case and also for the fact that similarly placed co-accused Dhaneshwar Sahu has been enlarged on bail by this court vide M.Cr.C. No.5662/2016 on 21/09/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
