The Appellant has moved this Court with the following prayers: "A. May kindly be pleased to allow the relief sought in the instant writ petition WPS No. 6413/2019.
C. May kindly be pleased to allow any other consequential benefits of services etc."

The issue is with regard to the transfer of the Appellant from Primary Health Centre, Gogaon, Block Dharsiwa to Primary Health Center, Khairkhunt, BlockTilda, District Raipur (C.G.) where interference was declined by the learned Single Judge, and hence the appeal.

When the matter taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the relief sought for has already been considered by the Respondents in favour of the Appellant and such does not want to press this appeal.
