1. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that she does not want to press on the prayer for bail, therefore, it is prayed that the application may be rejected with direction to expedite the trial which is
pending against the applicants. It is also submitted that only one witness is remaining to be examined by the trial Court.
2. Considering the submissions made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
