1. The grievance of the petitioner is non releasing of the arrears of payment due under time bound pay scale which the petitioner was entitled for between the period 01.04.2012 to 24.11.2016.

2. The correspondence show that the respondent No.2 has already made correspondence to the respondent No.3 in this regard, but the respondent No.3 till date have not taken any decision.

3. Given the aforesaid limited grievance, let the respondent No.3 take an appropriate decision on the correspondence made by the respondent No.2 so far as release of the arrears of time bound pay scale which the petitioner was entitled for the period between 01.04.2012 to 24.11.2016 at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
