1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.329/2017, registered at Police Station : Telibandha, District Raipur for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant, a lady aged about 39 years, has allegedly committed fraud and concoction of documents by purchasing property ad measuring 1500 square feet from one Gora Bai, wife of Moolchand Bothra. As per the charge sheet, neither Gora Bai nor two witnesses of the sale deed are available.

3. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the fact that the applicant is a lady; she is in jail since 17.8.2017 and the offences are triable by the JMFC, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to

be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. She is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
