This office reference has been filed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Korba in which he has stated that the Criminal Case No.1661 of 2015, Unregistered Criminal Case & Criminal Case No.69 of 2009 may be transferred to some other Court because he and the Petitioner-Chhedi Lal Agrawal both were at one time members of the Juvenile Justice Board, Korba.

It would be pertinent to mention that this Court had allowed the transfer petition of Chhedi Lal Agrawal for transfer of case from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba on the ground that Shri Agrawal had filed some complaint on the administrative side against the then Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba. The then Chief Judicial Magistrate- Shri Anish Dubey stands relieved from the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba and he is no longer holding the said post there. Therefore, it is ordered that the cases (Criminal Case No.1661 of 2015, Unregistered Criminal Case & Criminal Case No.69 of 2009) be transferred to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba.

In view of the above, transfer petition (office reference) stands disposed of.
