On due consideration, leave to appeal is allowed. Registry is directed to register the case as Acquittal Appeal. Since the respondent has already represented, he is directed to furnish a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- before the trial Court within a period of one month so that his presence may be procured in this appeal before this Court as and when needed.

After registration of this case as acquittal appeal, list it for final hearing.
