1. Mr.Hemant Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that vide order dated 15.11.2021, the petitioner, who is performing his duty as Patwari, has been transferred from P.H.No.35, Village Mangla, District Bilaspur to P.H.No.1 Korbi, Revenue Circle-Beltara, District Bilaspur. It is further contended that initially vide order dated 9.2.2021 (Annexure P-2), the petitioner has been transferred from P.H.No.29, Village Mopka District Bilaspur to P.H.No.26 Village Bema, District Bilaspur and immediately one and a half month, he has been transferred from the said place i.e. Bema to Village

Mangla, District Bilaspur vide order dated 19.3.2021 (Annexure P-3) and immediately within a period of 8 months, he has again been transferred from Village Mangla to Village Korbi vide order impugned dated 15.11.2021 (Annexure P-1), which is evident that the petitioner has become a victim of frequent transfer and for which, he may be allowed to make a representation to respondent No.2/Collector, Bilaspur, which may be directed to be considered and disposed off expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make a representation to respondent No.2/Collector, Bilaspur. If such a representation is made by the petitioner within 2 weeks from today, respondent No.2/Collector, Bilaspur would do well to consider and dispose off the petitioner's representation within further 4 weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order. For a period of six weeks, the interim relief granted on 02.12.2021 shall remain in operation.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
