1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the Office of Block Medical Officer, Durgukondal, District: Kanker to District Hospital, Sukma, District: Sukma, (C.G.).

2. The ground of challenge is that, the petitioner has been transferred from a core schedule area to another core schedule area which is in contravention to the transfer policy of the State Government.

3. The counsel for the petitioner, on a query being put to the petitioner, he fairly admits that in the district Kanker, he has already worked for some considerable period of time.

-24. Given the aforesaid facts, that, the petitioner has worked for considerable time in the same district. This Court does not find the impugned order of transfer to be bad-in-law. So far as the transfer of petitioner from a core schedule area to another core schedule area. It is directed that the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, if the petitioner makes a representation in this regard for posting him to a non-schedule area as per the transfer policy of the State.

5. Let this exercise be done/concluded as per the Transfer Policy within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner in this regard.
