1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sub-Health Centre-Dugli, District:Dhamtari to SubHealth Centre, Mudgelmaal, Block:Mainpur, District: Gariyaband, (C.G.).

-22. The challenge is mainly on two grounds. Firstly, the distance between two places is more than 100 Kms. Secondly, the petitioner has got 1 year daughter with her for taking care of.

3. Both these grounds which have been raised by the petitioner would not be sufficient for quashing the transfer order i.e, the impugned order to be bad for the reason that the petitioner is being transferred having worked for more than 11 years at the present place.

4. Given the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find any strong case made out calling for an interference with the impugned order.

5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands rejected being devoid of merits.
