1. The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order (Annexure P-1) dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transfer from Community Health Center, Sakti, Distt. Janjgir-Champa to Primary Health Center, kharwani Block Division Kartala Korba.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a cancer patient. The petitioner recently transferred from Block Maalkharauda to Community Health Center, Sakti, at own her own request. Now in a short span of time about 11⁄2 month, the petitioner has again been subjected to the transfer.

3. Given the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner make a representation within a period of 10 days' from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall decide the representation of the petitioner within further period 45 days' from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. Till the representation is decided, there shall be a stay of the effect and operation of the order so far as the petitioner is concerned.
