1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 23.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Centre, Changori, District Durg to Sub Health Centre, Dhuma, Block Rajim, District Gariyagand.
2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer and that the previous order of transfer was just issued about 1 1⁄2 month back i.e. on 12.07.2019 in accordance with the transfer policy of the State Government and the said transfer order was at his own request, as is evident from Annexure P/2 dated 12.07.2019, whereby the petitioner had been transferred from Sub Health Centre, Kasahi, Block Patan to Sub Health Centre, Changori, Block Patan.
3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
4. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
