The claim of the petitioner is for appropriate direction to the District Education Officer i.e. respondent No.6 as well as Respondent No.2 for grant of appropriate seniority to the petitioner over and above the respondent No.7.

Perusal of document enclosed with the petition particularly Annexure P/1 dated 16.03.2018 it clearly reflects that the respondent No.3 has already taken a decision of placing the petitioner senior over and above the respondent No.7.

Given the said facts that the order has already been issued by the respondent No.3 in this regard, this court is of the opinion that at this juncture no prejudice is caused to the petitioner until and unless a cause of action detrimental to the interest of the petitioner arises. 4.
Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the same, if such situation arises, the present petition in the light of letter dated 16.03.2018 issued by the respondent No.3 stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy Judge inder
