Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by the learned Family Court Saraipali (Link Court) in Case No. 66/2016 granting Rs. 1,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the non-applicant.

Counsel for the applicant submits that purpose of filing this revision would be served if direction is issued to the court below for early disposal of the main case and liberty be given to the applicant to raise all the points which have been raised in the present revision at the time of final hearing of the case.

Submission made by counsel for the applicant appears to be reasonable.

Family Court, Saraipali is directed to dispose of the main case

itself as expeditiously as possible.
