1. The applicant has preferred these applications for grant of bail as he is

arrested in connection with Crime Nos.98/2017, 237/2016, 235/2016, 131/2016 & 158/2017, registered at Police Station Gandai, District Rajnandgaon for offence under Sections 380, 379, 457, 34, 457, 411 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has committed theft of motorcycle, ornaments, cash, grocery items etc. for which 5 different crime has been registered by PS Gandai, District Rajnandgaon. It is argued that after the arrest of the applicant in one case, 5 other cases have been thrusted upon him to brand him as habitual offender.

3. Considering the fact that in each of the crime number either motorcycle or ornaments or cash has been recovered at the instance of the applicant and the vehicle and ornaments have been identified by the owners, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the applications are rejected reserving liberty to the applicant to move afresh if the trial is unnecessarily delayed. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
