Sam Koshy Order On Board 01/10/2018 The limited relief which the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents for ensuring the departmental enquiry which is pending against the petitioner since long be concluded at the earliest particularly taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has crossed the age of superannuation and he is being deprived of his post retiral dues.

Given the said limited relief which the petitioner has sought for and taking note of the fact that the charge sheet was issued more than two years back, the writ petition in the present form stands disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to ensure that the departmental enquiry contemplated against the petitioner be concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from today.
