The order under challenge in the present writ petition is Annexure P-1 dated 21.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred from Govt. J. R. Dani Girls Higher Secondary School, Raipur to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kanki, Block Tilda, District Raipur. 2.

First of all this Court in not inclined to interfere with the order of

transfer considering the distance between the two places. 3.

So far as the petitioner substantively not a commerce teacher but is an account teacher is concerned, the respondent no.2 is directed to ensure that the petitioner is given the classes against the subject in which the petitioner has been substantively appointed and which the petitioner has been teaching at the present place of posting and also in the past. 4.
