1. It is submitted that the petitioners before this Court against the order of respondent No.3 - Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies (AnnexureP/1), by which the petitioners' society has been placed under supersession for a period of six months, now about four months are lapsed and only two months are remaining for the completion of term of supersession, therefore, at this stage it is submitted that the petitioners may be granted liberty to file an appeal under Section 77 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 and a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to conclude the proceeding in the appeal, at the earliest.

2. Learned State counsel representing for all the respondents makes a formal objection.

3. After considering on the submissions and on perusal of the documents filed alongwith the petition, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The petitioners are granted liberty to file an appeal under Section 77 of the Act, 1960 within a period of 15 days. Respondent No.2 is directed to take up the proceeding on the appeal filed by the petitioners and disposed off the same at the earliest within a period of 30 days from the date the appeal is filed.
